Just testing. I wonder where this’ll save the pic and stuff. (Seemed to have automatically saved its self to the scrapbook.)
Hmm, I could insert the picture nicely and easily enough, but I can’t seem to get to change my mood – it picked the one I used last time I posted – nor my icon. The tagging wasn’t a problem, if I remembered the ones I’ve already used. Then again, there is a remote possibility, that later on and after use, Live Writer might remember what you’ve used. I’ll leave that to some else to test, quite probably.
However, on first look this tool might be handy for adding pictures, videos, tables, maps and the like. And then doing the fine-tuning on-line. It also has a spell-check included, at least in English, which also points out if something needs to be capitalized as the word English just there. Makes me a rather lazy speller from time to time, I just noticed, especially with long words. *rolls eyes at herself*
Also, the preview option seems to work nicely. Though, I didn’t test the source code editing, but that is rather promising. There is also a possibility to save drafts. And of course there are other abilities to which I’m not going to list here.
Feel free to make your own conclusions, and consider commenting on them.
Ta ta!
P.S. Be careful where you place your tags, as the tag box just sticks itself to where ever you where in the text at the time you add tags. Also note that if you go and edit the entry on-line next, and add tags there, you'll have two lines of tags, one as just below and other in the normal style of your blog, in the place they would normally be.
Also, if you want to edit on your actual text, you should use Rich Text editor if you're not familiar with html-coding, as the html editor will be in code mode. Am mentioning this mostly because I, myself, prefer to write with the html-editor and fine-tune with the Rich text if needed.
